COVID-19 pandemic


 As of July 27, 2021, more than 34.5 million COVID-19 cases and more than 611,000 deaths have been reported, according to Johns Hopkins University. Among children, about 4.13 million cases and at least 349 deaths have been reported as of July 22, according to AAP data.

VACCINATIONS: About 56.8% of the U.S. population has received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, according to the CDC. This includes about 47% of 16- and 17-year-olds and 36% of 12- to 15-year-olds, according to an AAP report.
